Khowi = Mesa (Pepepiano Remix)

Laying in the warmth, altered but stable, while sounds of a parallel universe play around, between and through. A dancing invitation to travel through the far reaches of happiness and kindness. This is the kind of experience Cory Levinson aka Kohwi’s new album Hidden Trees can lead to. It is very much experiential music, meant to come alive, to live alongside you.

And if there was one thing that could make such an experience even better, it would be to add the spaced out dreams of Pepepiano. A most suitable collaboration.

You can download tons of music on Pepepiano’s bandcamp, and you can also grab Hidden Trees digitally here, and on cassette here (Wonder Beard!).

Pepepiano, project of David Bird, is one of the craziest masters of all things synth I know. Was so excited when I first heard this otherworldly remix he did of Mesa, and I’m so glad that the rest of the world can hear it now too.
